The re-tender for SEWSCAP4 was managed by the City of Cardiff Council and the shortlisted contractors were invited to tender on 3rd December 2023.
Contracts were awarded on 30th August 2024, with Contractors providing a range of Schools and Public Buildings Construction Services on the framework.

Delivery of works on the framework commenced on 1st October 2024 and the framework will expire on 30 September 2028 with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
